DriveDroid also includes a convenient download menu where you can download USB-images of a number of operating systems from your phone (like Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora, OpenSUSE and Arch Linux). Around 35 different systems are available at this moment.

The app works on Android 4.0.3+ devices. Not every device is supported because there are devices which lacks an appropriate measurement chip (or the interface) and they can not be supported at all. Please read the list of not supported phones at the end of the description.
The app is not meant to be mA accurate. It is only good for evaluate which Charger/USB cable combo is working the best for you on the same device.
Start the app and wait ca. 10 seconds ("measuring" is on the display). After this time, the charging or discharging current will be shown.
The current depends on many things:
- Charger (USB/AC/Wireless)
- USB cable
- Phone type
- Current tasks running
- Display brightness
- WiFi state
- GPS state
Please don't use the readings on this app as concrete science. However, the readings are good enough to relatively measure how various chargers and USB cables fair on the same device.
If the app shows 0mA all the time, please use the settings option "Old measurement method". You can force the app with it to use the old measurement interface, if the Lollipop device has at least one.
Unfortunately some Samsung devices don't give correct (measured) values (e.g.: S5), just the maximum possible charging current with the actual USB cable/charger configuration. This is a firmware problem.
Background info: The app measures the charging/discharging current of the battery. If your phone is not connected to a charger, you see the discharging current which is negative. If you connect a charger then the current what the charger gives will be used to supply your phone and the remaining power will be charged into the battery.
If your phone consumes 300 mA without a charger connected (-300mA on the display), then a 500 mA charger will charge your battery maximum with 200 mA current (200mA on display).
Technical info: The displayed current is an average value from 50 measurements minus the 10 upper values and the 10 lower values. The displayed current can be shaky or unstable or even zero which means, that the Android system provides unstable values. Every company uses different battery types and other hardware making it difficult to get accurate results about your charger.
LiPo batteries don't draw the maximum for the full time it takes to charge the phone. If your battery is charged almost full then the charging current will be much less as by lower battery levels.

A: This mod tweak the Governor tunables from your CPU governor to optimize the way it scales up/down to make it more effective. With this optimization your device will be smooth without all the drain caused by the stock governor configurations.

A: No, it won't mess with your device frequencies.
Q: How can I change my governor?
A: You'd need to use a kernel manager app like Kernel Adiutor (highly recommended), synapse, etc.
Q: Does this mod support my governor?
A: You have to go in the first post and check in the compatible governors.
Q: Do I have to "tune" after each boot?
A: No. The mod is applied in init.d and it'll automatically apply the profile you selected at each boot. If you do change your governor after the boot you'd need to "tune" in terminal emulator.

DevCheck System Info for Android
DevCheck gives you all the information you need to know about your phone
or tablet's, hardware and operating system in a clear, accurate and
organized way.
DevCheck displays the most advanced camera specirfications, including sensor size, pixel size, aperture, focal length, ISO range, RAW capability, face detection, and more (some of this information is not available on older devices).
Dashboard: real-time monitoring of CPU and GPU frequencies, temperatures, memory usage, battery stats, deep sleep and uptime. Click on the CPU frequencies for a sortable summary of CPU frequency usage and time in deep sleep. Click on the temperatures for a complete list of temperature sensors on your device. You can also choose which temperatures you would like to display on the Dashboard.
Hardware: displays every known detail about your SOC, CPU, GPU, Memory and storage, including chip names and manufacturers, manufacturing process, frequencies, governor, memory type and bandwidth.
System: get all the info about your device, including codename, brand, manufacturer, bootloader, radio, serial number, device id Android version, security patch level and kernel. DevCheck can also check for root and busybox.
Battery: complete info on your battery status, temperature, level, technology, health, voltage, current and capacity
Network: shows info about your WiFi and mobile/cellular connections, including IP addresses (ipv4 and ipv6), connection info, operator, phone number, phone and network type, dual sim, public IP and more.
Memory Usage: A complete list of apps and services running on your device, with current memory usage
Specifications for front and back cameras: resolution (megapixels), sensor size, pixel size, ISO range, RAW capability, aperture, focal length, focus modes, flash modes, JPEG quality and image format, max face count and available face detection modes
Sensors: a list of all sensors on the device, including type, manufacturer, power and resolution
