As you might already know, a couple of HTC-made Nexus smartphones are scheduled for this year. While one of them is internally code-named Sailfish (said to be the successor to last year's LG Nexus 5X), the other one carries a code-name of Marlin.

Both devices have already had their specs leaked, and now, the Marlin has been spotted on Geekbench. The benchmark listing reveals that the device is powered by a quad-core 1.6GHz processor (said to be SD820 SoC), has 4GB of RAM, and comes with Android Nougat out-of-the-box.

If you compare, these specs are inline with the device's previous leak, which also revealed QHD touchscreen, 12MP/8MP camera combo, 32GB/128GB storage options, and a 3,450 mAh battery. The phone is also said to feature a USB Type C port as well as a fingerprint scanner on the back.
