Just a fwe days ago, Windows officially
announced the availability of Windows 10 in 190 countries and cities
beginning 29th of June, but is currently limited to PC and tablet users.
There's no news regarding availability for phones, but this doesn't
affect the fact that Mi 4 is getting Windows 10 ahead of others.
As Windows haven't officially release
Windows 10 for mobile, the version of Windows 10 available for Mi 4
currently is just a Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview, and in this
thread a gallery of the phone running Windows 10 will be shown.
